Back-to-School Parent Survey

In the spirit of continuous improvement, APS is conducting a short survey to gather your thoughts and opinions on your back-to-school experience this year.  This brief survey will only take 5-10 minutes of your time to complete.  Responses to this survey will help the district improve back-to-school support for you and your students.
