Mays High School families open their homes to visiting French culinary students

Mays High School recently opened their homes, hosting foreign exchange students and teachers from the Chardin Culinary High School in Gerardmer, France during their two week visit.

The group consisted of 14 students who shared homes, classrooms and social activities with the students at Mays. The students were welcomed by the families of their high school partners at Mays High School, where they were housed individually to promote immersion.

The students met with Mayor Kasim Reed and visited popular sites and attractions throughout the city of Atlanta including CNN and the Atlanta Cordon Bleu.

Watch the video below to see what students from Atlanta and France had to say about the globally enriching experience.
