Briana Sanders is the Class of 2014 Salutatorian for the Dainel M. Therrell School of Law, Government and Public Policy.

Brianna attributes much of her success to her mother, Catherine Sanders. Her mother has helped her throughout her high school years and has pushed her to where she is today. She also credits her success to Mrs. Reed (school counselor) and Dr. lee (teacher) for guiding and advising her during the times she wanted to give up.

Although Brianna is undecided on what college she wants to attend, she has been accepted to Clark Atlanta University, Alabama A&M University, University of Notre Dame, and Alfred University. Brianna’s future plans include becoming an FBI agent and becoming actively involved in politics.

The graduation ceremony for Therrell High School is Sunday, May 25 at 3 p.m.

All APS commencement exercises will be available for online viewing via live stream by visiting http://atlantapublicschools.us/graduation2014 and clicking on a specific school.
