Isabel Bailey Palmer is the Class of 2014 Salutatorian at North Atlanta High School


Isabel Palmer is the Class of 2014 Salutatorian at North Atlanta High School.

North Atlanta’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme has challenged Isabel, known as Bailey to her friends and family, and taught her to think analytically. Above all, she is grateful to her Arabic teacher for introducing her to an incredible study abroad opportunity that broadened her worldview of education and Humanitarianism.

Bailey is a member of the Varsity Cross Country team and she has participated and demonstrated leadership abilities in several extra-curricular activities focused on political and cultural involvement. She says, “I loved being part of our excellent Model UN team, of which I have countless wonderful memories. I am thankful for the excellent preparation North Atlanta has given me for my future endeavors, and for all the opportunities I have been afforded here.”

Bailey plans to attend the University of Georgia with on the Bernard Ramsey Scholarship and major in International Affairs & Economics. Her career goal is to become a Foreign Policy Analyst.

The graduation ceremony for North Atlanta High School is Sunday, May 25 at 9 a.m.
