Atlanta Public Schools is excited to welcome our students and families to the annual Back-to-School Bash (Drive-Thru Experience) on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), in Halls C4, C3, and C2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Back-to-School Bash will provide a portable resource toolkit for students and families. The toolkit will include a FREE backpack that contains school supplies, registration information, bell schedule, Let’s Talk/ QR code for APS Landing, bus locator, Day One Checklist, and COVID-19/Vaccination information. Additionally, families will have an opportunity to drive through and receive PPE, nutrition kit and a meal kit.
APS families should register via https://bit.ly/BashRegistration in order to receive back-to-school items on Saturday.
Registration Note: The Empty Stocking Fund is a partner of the APS Back to School Bash. Please select Atlanta Public Schools and the Georgia World Congress Center as the pick-up location to receive back to school items on Saturday, July 31.
Students and their families will also have two options to receive back-to-school items: a drive-thru experience or walk-up experience.
Drive-Thru Experience: Families should enter through the GWCC Marshalling Yard located on 362 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. Atlanta, GA 30313.
Walk-Up Experience: Families who opt for the walk-up service will receive items in front of the Georgia World Congress Center Hall C2 located on Northside Drive.

In addition, Walgreens will host a free COVID-19 vaccine event in conjunction with the Back-to-School Bash to keep students and families safe and healthy.
